Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) channel the strength of belonging to benefit not only our employees but also our company and the broader community. These groups, driven by employees, enrich our organizational culture by centering on shared identities, experiences, and allyship. Their tangible, measurable positive impacts are essential to our organization's achievements. ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups centered around shared characteristics, such as gender, ethnicity, or disability. You don't need to personally identify with or have direct experience related to the group's focus to become a member. We strongly encourage allies to join our ERGs, showing their support for their colleagues and contributing to the spirit of inclusivity.

Unified is an innovative program designed to provide peer to peer learning to meet our U Krewers where they are on their own DEI&B and Social Impact journey, leveraging our unique experiences as we learn more about the importance of DEI&B and Social Impact. These contribute to each of our UKG values of United, Kind, and Growing and being a better ally, and developing critical behaviors that lead to building an inclusive, growth-oriented culture.

Ambassador Program

Belonging, Equity, and Impact Ambassador Program

Our Ambassadors help amplify and bring our DEI&B and Social Impact programs to life. They help educate others on the importance of DEI&B and Social Impact at UKG and with our U Krewers, customers, partners, and communities we serve.

Global DEI&B Council

Global Belonging, Equity, and Impact Council

Includes 20 executive from across UKG who champion the business imperative of DEI&B and Social Impact to drive initiatives forward, enhance our culture, and measure overall progress towards our goals.
