Prior to joining UKG, Scott served as chief information officer at global security company McAfee. During his three-decade career, he has specialized in aligning IT with business strategies and initiatives, guiding both MGM Resorts International and JCPenney as chief information security officer. His expertise in building and motivating teams to drive business goals in an ever-changing technology landscape informs UKG direction as the company reshapes the HCM industry.
