NEW! Scheduler Essentials:
Scheduler Essentials is a brand-new instructor-led training course that our team introduced this past July and is part of a new larger Scheduling Onboarding learning journey. This course outlines common schedule maintenance tasks that a scheduling manager is likely to complete on a regular basis within the Scheduler solution.

Introduction to Benefits:
For organizations with a January 1 benefit start date, your open enrollment season will be here sooner than you think. What better time to learn about or refresh your benefits knowledge than right now – especially if you know your plans are going to change. In this course, learners are exposed to the steps and tasks required to edit plans, create a Benefit Profile, edit a Life Change Event type, Benefit Type, and explore reports.

Security Profiles:
Security Profiles have been a hot topic among our UKG Ready customers this year. We even had a whole session dedicated to best practices at the Virtual Huddle. In our August release, we’re introducing more functionality to help admins understand which security permissions are applicable to employees vs. to managers and admins. Before diving into more specifics – you should make sure you know the basics. This course allows users to practice navigating, editing, and adding Security Profiles in the system.
